I clicked off of my minecraft and got this with problematic frame [ig4dev32.dll+0x1c85d] and this

1. Failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versions of Windows and this # EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x2899c85d, pid=4552, tid=1236 and the attachment is the log file below and it was still open in the background when I minimized it.
