enchanting table is slippy when placed on ice

so while I was playing on Mineplex I jumped on the enchanting table become slippy so I want to be SURE that it IS vanilla bug not forge nor is the server so I went on the vanilla client, sure enough, it is a bug. Another note is that if you run to edge it stop becoming slippery.
