Cured zombie villagers will not farm crops

Tested in Single-Player and Multi-Player on all difficulties.

Villager Zombies spawned with a Spawn Egg or Mob Spawner, when cured, will not automatically farm crops. They will accept seeds but do not plant, harvest, or manually pickup seeds.
