store connection to buy skins

i have windows 10 edition on 0.15.0 but there is no help,support,web pages,info,or news on win10 edition so i am here and in the game store page... when i go to REbuy my skins it says i have no connection... then how am i able to see the stuff in the STORE??!!??...

i cant buy anything in the store.... I CANT GIVE YALL MONEY!!!!

thought yall might want to know.... this IS A BUG!!! it IS NOT my pc or my connection....
