minecraft doesnt render correctly the chunks

since 2 days ago im having serious problems with the game, when i enter on the game(singleplayer or multiplayer), the chunks goes crazy like the render gets glitched or something; ibe deleted the .minecraft file and created another new, ibe reinstalled Java 8 like 2 times and i still having the issue(ibe updated it to the 101 update about 1 week ago, i dont know if that affects the game), in 4 years im playing the game never experimented this, sometimes i "solve it" turining off/on the VBO but... here are some screenshots:
