game not working ( for all PC's i think)

What I expected to happen was...:
to open the game and for it to stay open

What actually happened was...:
when i open the app has a pop up that says " Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working" and minecraft closes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to launcher
2.press play
3.wait for a moment
