Mobs spawned in fire

When you spawn a mob in fire (spawn egg or summon) the mob wont burn.
There will be no flames and the fire tag is set to 1s, so when it gets out of the fire it immediately stops to burn. This also happens when a zombie for example with a diamon chestplate wich has fire protection level higher than 6 walks into fire.
