Game menu pops up without pressing esc

Okay, so I just experienced this bug today, my game menu pops up without me doing anything to make it pop up and its very annoying.
The java version I use is Java 8 and one of the ways is to get Java 6 but it Is not available to the public anymore. Is it possible that you can fix this problem? If you can I will be very happy that I wont experience this anymore. Thank You.
