Bugs with the VBO and intel graphic cards

hi, i have recently discovered a BUG while trying to start minecraft on my new laptop, VBOs do not work with intel graphic cards. my laptop im using is new so it is not as if my software is old. i thought id mention this, i had found a way around this, but im sure many others have the same problem
