[EXPLOIT] Client crash exploit

There is a new hack called 'SkillClient' which you can be downloaded here:

A player can place a skull, and everyone who is near that skull will crash. My players on the server noticed this, as well on 1.9.4 as on 1.10. I firstly thought is was a spigot bug, but I tried it in singleplayer as well and the client crashes there as well.

I hope you will fix this because this results in a big player lose and worlds get corrupted by this because you can't join on the versions: 1.9.4 - 1.10.2.
