Lever Glitch

If you place a lever on a wall and then destroy it and right away place it again, the lever shows up on the wall and in your hot bar.

No lever should show up in your hot bar.

The lever is on the wall and in hot bar.

1.) Place lever on wall.
2.) Quickly destroy it and replace it.
3.) Lever shows up on wall and in hot bar.
