Setblock/fill bug

when i try to use the fill command and i set down Minecraft:tallgrass

What I expected to happen was i bunch of tall grass floating

What actually happened was the game crash and i can't reopen the world

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put a command block down(or going to chat)
2. set command : /fill ~ ~10 ~ ~ 20 ~10 ~ minecraft:tallgrass
3. and power(or enter)
