my game crashes when i try to log into servers or go into a single player world.

when going on servers, multiplayer or singleplayer, i will enter the world then immediately crash most times. the times that i dont i cant open my inventory, chests, furnaces etc. or hit mobs or the game will crash.

What I expected to happen was i would log into a server and play minecraft

What actually happened was i logged in and my game crashed instantly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on server
2. press join server
3. game loads then the game crashes
OR...
4. game loads i go into my inventory or interact with any mobs/blocks then the game crashes
