off-hand fishing rod line flies away from 0,0 (before dissapearing)

When a fishing rod is in the off-hand slot (related to MC-83185) the line flies away from 0,0 for about 20 blocks. The base of the line is in the players main-hand and there's also a line peice going towards the bobber.
