Cant craft certain items, certain woods, mixed combination crafted items

Tried to craft a crafting table with jungle wood, spruce, and birch, and it wouldn't work. Oak wood still works. I also tried to make a bead with 2 white wool and one black wool and it wouldn't work. This bug happens in both creative and survival. Confirmed it doesn't happen in 13w07a. Also you can't make sticks out of any wood except for Oak.
