2013 bug on 1.10 server, new players keeps getting kicked.

<PLAYER> lost connection: TextComponent{text='Disconnected', siblings=[], style=Style{hasParent=false, color=null, bold=null, italic=null, underlined=null, obfuscated=null, clickEvent=null, hoverEvent=null, insertion=null}}

This error seems to kick all players on a private server i own, completely new world, no idea how to fix it or even make a temp-solution.
