All my servers are selected and I can't grab items out of my inventory

All my servers are selected and I can't grab items from chests, inventory etc.

*What I expected to happen was...:*I would just restart my computer and everything would go to normal
Describe what you thought should happen here: My server would be back to normal and I would be able to grab objects

*What actually happened was...:*The servers were still selected and i couldn't grab objects
Describe what happened here: I was on a minecraft avatar bending server and I was going to go record a video on hypixel, when I disconnected from the bending server all my servers were selected and when I went on hypixel or any other server I couldn't grab objects.
