equip/un-equip

When i tried to equip a weapon it would automatically remove it from my hot bar and place it back in my inventory. While this was happening i couldn't attack anything but the durablility on items would decrease. After a period of time i would be able to equip/un-equip items and everything was back to normal. When playing on hunger games servers this can become quite frustrating as it's pvp based!
