skin bug

normally, my skin have an overlayer. So my skin should have a hood

But when I start a game (in server or in solo mode) only my right arm and my left leg have this overlayer. i gave the skin to a friend and in his minecraft, the skin is perfect, I also tried to change my skin and the problem is still here.

I don't know how you can do it but on my minecraft it "work".

I know this is a small bug but I hope you'll fix it. i join screenshot of this so you can figure what i'm talking about.
