Comparators not updating.

Comparators are not updating if being powered by other comparators.

Steps.
1. Place 2 comparators in a line.
2. Power the back one's back input with a signal of less that 15.
3. Power the front one's side input with a signal that should cancel the output (15)
4. The output will not update until you toggle the comparator's mode.

This also happens when unpowering the front comparator's side input.
