My game crashes after 2 seconds of flying or using an elytra in Realms or multiplayer servers,and possibly survival worlds. It tells me it has trouble 'rendering the world.' And then it closes the game, help?

Hello, I've been having an issue lately, this recently popped up today ( 6/22/16 ) on Minecraft Realms. This issue also appears on multiplayer server's.
