Server forgot to send required information to construct BlockEntity

What I expected to happen was...:
I would get on Mineplex and everything would be fine.

What actually happened was...:
Every time I took a few steps on a server it would crash an tell me "Server forgot to send the required information to construct BlockEntity"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Join a server.
2. Wait for everything to load properly.
3. If crash does not happen immediately then I suggest taking a few steps.
