I keep on crashing in game.

Everytime I want to play Minecraft it crashes! It crashed right when I log in! Like the first second I am in the multiplayer server I crash and cannot come back in! This has happened repeatedly today! Other days I would crash when I am fighting an opponent and that would cause me to die!
