crash report

Sorry for my bad English i'm French :
when i try to connect in server or solo, minecraft crash.
it's for any version, i have tried in 1.8/1.9/1.10 it's the same.
I don't know why but it last for more than a week.
i have sent the crash report in attachment i hope you can help me.
