Copying a structure with a structure block with arrows in the side causes the arrows to get copied to the new structure

Create a structure block and build a structure inside the region, then shoot arrows into the side of the structure. The arrows should not be copied as part of the structure, since they are not within the selected region. However the arrows are copied as part of the structure.
