Minecraft failed to load the Title Screen Background

Minecraft failed to load the Title Screen Background and instead of showing it, it shows Missing Texture placeholders, Also, i was using Faithful 1.10 Resource Pack (But it don't change the background)
What I expected to happen was...:
to Minecraft load the background and show it
What actually happened was...:
Minecraft failed to load the background and Missing Texture placeholder replaced it
Edit 1: I played again, it dont happened now
