Despawning Villagers

Villagers on my friends REALM Server keep despawning but i expectet that they wouldn´t.I think it´s already enough if someone isn´t loading the chunk where the Villagers are (Not in a naturally generated Village).Like for example i´ve brought a Villager in my House and then i was trying to find cows a bit away and as i came he disappeared
