Invulnerable minecarts still broken by explosions

When I place a Minecart or HopperMinecart and set its DataTag via /entitydata to "Invulerable:1", it's still broken by TNT explosions. The Invulerable-tag did work, trying to break the minecart in survival mode was not possible.
