Outdated Texturepack name showing up funny (fuzzy/blurry).

When I went into my texturepacks folder (in game) right after I got 13w09a, the name & description of the (outdated) texturepack were just jumbles of blck, red, & a light gray. I'm not sure, but I think this is a cause of the lang folder change.
