Doesn't let me run Singleplayer, Multiplayer and realms without crashing on 1.10

I don't know how I got it just came up randomly as I started Minecraft for the new 1.10 update I went on single player and it just completely kicked me out. but now I can't even go on multiplayer or realms without crashing.
