Can't open any worlds in 1.10, saying "Minecraft has stopped working"

Whenever I try to open up my world and start playing it'll say "logging in, building terrain" and all the other loading things, then it'll get to the bit where it dumps you into the world, then it'll say something along the lines of "Java.exe has stopped working" and shut on me. I have Autism so I'm sorry if I did something wrong in the bug report, I just signed up at the time of writing this.. At 12 I know a lot of technical stuff but not much troubleshooting.. (faceplant)
