Command block acting like a structure block

Well when a was placing the new structure block and then when a place a command block it had the structure block's "Load:" that appears on top of load structure blocks.

I do have a resource pack its faithful 64x64 (it's for version 1.8 but I use it in 1.10)

What I expected to happen was...:
I would have just placed a normal repeating command block

What actually happened was...:
I placed a repeating command block that had a " Load: " text on top

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a structure block and a repeating command block
2. Place lots of structure blocks and delete them(from what i did)
3. Then place a repeating command block
