Every time i get on a server, my account 'times out'.

It is not my internet, as i have switched internets many times, and i dont think its my location, because ive tried logging in other places in my neighborhood. (ive even used my neighbors internet while i was at their house with my laptop) and it might be this specific computer or account, because as far as i know, my sister's account works fine.
