When wearing an enchanted helmet and elytra, the elytra appears transparent

I tried it with (1) different types of enchanted helmets, and it still became transparent (2) different enchantments, and it still became transparent (3) not enchanted helmet, the elytra is regular then.

This does not affect 1.9 and earlier, only 1.10
