camera bug

I have a camera bug and starts as Kinematic but slower and while I walk and I'm even stopped to f8 it does not work I watch everything I even reinstall the game A to Z it always makes me the same error and does too when I do not touch the mouse. Any idea? Thanks for your understanding. Aquili0s
