it keeps crashing when i join the server "Creative Fun"

nothing works, and everytime i open minecraft and go on the server, it crashes

*What I expected to happen was...:
me going into the server and it working completely, not crashing

*What actually happened was...:
everytime i opened minecraft, went to the server, and played, it crashed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open minecraft
2. go to the "creative fun" server
3. teleport to a friend, after a certain amount of time it crashed
