Snow Golems Don't Produce Snow

Snow golems don't produce snow beneath them in 1.10.

I thought that the golem would produce snow like it did in the past.

The golem didn't produce snow.

1. Make a snow golem (I did this on a 1.10 realm in an extreme hills biome)
