Crash Lines Bug {Unexplainable}

What happened is that there is this thing that is unexplainable that I showed in the attachment. Its like these colored lines and It comes usually when I look down in-game. When I go up close to some of them it shows item skins. I need help. It started happening once 1.10 came out. I use 1,8,9.
