Random chance this error pops up when shooting an arrow on multiplayer

When playing on a server that supports 1.9 and 1.10 I shot an arrow and it kicked me from the server and it happened 3 times to me in the past 10 mins so I don't know if it is a problem with everyone or just me?

It says this error message:
