wierd singleplayer lag and crashing.

after having downloaded the latest 1.10 snapshot i started a single player world, but after a few minutes in the world i started getting a lag spike to 0 fps ever 2-3 seconds, when i tried to leave the world minecraft crashed. I tried in 1.7.10 1.8 1.8.9 1.9 and 1.10 all of which did the same thing. Also i couldn't break blocks they kept reappearing like server lag. Also I tried to delete my .minecraft folder but it still did the same thing.
