Problems With Paintings

When placing paintings It places it one block to the left of where you placed it, but also shows the Red, Blue and Green lines from the f3 cross-hair. Watch the video and see it for your self. Then when you try to face where the painting is being displayed and try to destroy it, nothing happens. To destroy it you have to destroy it from the block you placed it on.
