Can place blocks behind moving blocks

When you have moving blocks (without blocks behind them) and you place a block at the perfect timing you place the block behind it.

No, there was not a block that I could hit other than the moving block.

See this video, as you can see, it took quite some tries to get the timing right.

I don't know how to explain it better than this.
