husk doesn't attack a villager in some condition (In 1.10 Pre-Release 1)

Husk should attack a villager but when I make a one condition and husk don't attack the villager.

husk don't attack the villager.

1. Make the 3x3x2 structure (make a 3x3 square and make it's height to 2)
2. In the middle, dig a 2-block deep hole and spawn the villager in that hole.
3. then make a staircase so, husk can come in.
4. and at outside spawn husk(one and more).
