Beetroot Seeds bug

If you plant beetroot seeds then jump on it, it doesnt break.

What I expected to happen was...:
When i jumped on it on accedent i expected it to break but no.

What actually happened was...:
The hoed dirt turned straight to dirt, but the plant was still in the block.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hoe a grass or dirt block
2. Place beetroot seed down
3. Jump on it and see what happends.
