Can't see skin due to the ip conflict with official ip

Last week I bought the minecraft and I started to play the game with excitement.
But ,I found that I can't see the custom skin of anyone.
I feel sad and google for the solution.
Finally, today I found the way to solve this problem, that is, to switch my ip to another one.
But I don't think it is a good way to be maintain.
So, I make this report to you, hoping to have a better experience playing minecraft.
