Planting crops on farm land glitch

When I plant seeds, potatoes, and carrots, the seeds will "pop" up and not plant.

I thought it would just plant as normal.

What happen is the plant didn't plant if there was around 2-5 seeds to gether

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make farm land with a hoe
2. Plant seeds (Potatoes,carrots, wheat seeds)
3. Try to make a big area of solid planted seeds.
