soundbug #2

1.9 added / chanced a lot of sounds but lockinga chest with a command and then trying to open it still plays the old 1.8 wooden door sound
and why can't you lock a door with the command!

anways was not sue if this was bug i tough so the 1.8 does not fit in 1.9 anymore
