My game is crashing!!!

I Launch Minecraft then it crashes when i launched it.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. Open the launcher
3. Launched Minecraft
4.Minecraft crashes without opening.

PLS HELP
