Spider spawning conditions are bugged

Spiders can now spawn on 1 by 1 blocks when previously they could only spawn in 2 by 2 spaces

What I expected to happen was...:
Spiders only to spawn in 2x2 spaces

What actually happened was...:
They were spawning in 1x1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a block
2. See spiders spawn
