[MC-102473] 16w20a Server Chunk Glitch (Moved Wrongly Console Spam)

While running around on my server, I noticed that the F3 screen was saying that there were 200+ chunk updates. So I decided to check the console of my server to see if that was affecting anything. This is what I found.
